What’s New on Netflix UK This Week: Netflix’s ‘The Life List’, ‘Full Metal Jacket’ and ‘Weak Hero’

With April just around the corner, it’s a quieter week on Netflix UK, with only 24 new additions to the UK library. However, this week has seen excellent new additions, such as Sofia Carson’s newest Netflix film, The Life List, Stanley Kubrick’s incredible war film Full Metal Jacket, and the long-awaited addition of the popular K-drama Weak Hero.

One of the best movies of Stanley Kubrick’s iconic career, Full Metal Jacket, is a tale of two halves. It follows the journey of a group of fresh recruits from their time in boot camp under the thumb of a relentless gunnery sergeant to their participation in the Tet Offensive of the Vietnam War.

With the announcement that Weak Hero 2 was coming to Netflix, it was only a matter of time before the first season would make its way to the library. The series is an adaptation of a popular webtoon and is centered around a group of bullied high-school students that rally around their friend who decides to take a stand against the relentless bullying he and his friends have endured.
