A Fall From Grace is an upcoming Netflix Original Thriller written, produced and directed by Tyler Perry. The thriller is Perry’s first Netflix Original, and a first for his studio, Tyler Perry Studios, the aforementioned studio is the home of Perry’s popular crime drama series The Haves and the Have Nots. Perry, well known for his role as Madea, has also more than made a name for himself as a producer and directing, grossing over $1 Billion worldwide.

Grace Waters, a longtime pillar of her Virginia community, stays composed when her ex weds his mistress and her son moves away. Arguably the titular character of Madea is one of the most famous roles of Tyler Perry, but she won’t be making an appearance in A Fall From Grace.

When and where did production take place?
On the YouTube channel, The Haves and the Have Nots Review released a video on the 31st of December 2018 with info from the film.
A picture is seen in the video that contains a revised table draft for the upcoming Original. It can be assumed that the film didn’t begin principal photography until 2019.
Tyler Perry has his own studio, Tyler Perry Studio’s, which carried out the production of A Fall From Grace, therefore, it can be safely assumed a lot of production would have been carried out there.
Has Netflix released a trailer for Tyler Perry’s A Fall From Grace?
At the time of writing Netflix has yet to release a teaser or trailer for Tyler Perry’s A Fall From Grace.

Will any further Tyler Perry titles come to Netflix?
Perry is busy at work on multiple projects outside of Netflix, in a mega deal with Viacom, he will be producing new kids and family live-action series starring 10-year-old rapper, Young Dylan. The deal with Viacom includes producing further original series for BET and Viacom networks, with the latter having exclusive licensing rights on his programming.
From the above, it appears that Viacom and BET have exclusive access to any television series Perry creates. If films are not apart of the mega-deal, then we could expect to see more Originals in the future.
