Netflix’s second revival after the successful reincarnation of Arrested Development sees the return of everyone favourite crime series – The Killing.
It was announced yesterday that season 4 which will be only available on Netflix will be arriving on Netflix on August 1st across all Netflix regions. The deal also see’s many Netflix regions getting the back catalogue, including seasons 1 through to 3 also joining the Netflix library in HD.
While it’s not a full-revival of the series it will act as a farewell to long-term fans which will wrap up all the loose-ends you’ve been waiting to know and there’s a promise that mentioned that ‘long-buried secrets revealed’. Cryptic. The series follow two Seattle detectives who investigates homicides and is loosely based on a Danish television series called Forbrydelsen which translates to ‘The Killing’.
The series has long running actors and actresses including Mireille Enos who plays Sarah Linden and Joel Kinnaman who plays her partner Stephen Holder.
