It’s been over nine years since Narcos debuted on Netflix. From its iconic theme to its excellent cast and brilliant story, Narcos is still one of the best crime dramas on the platform, but here’s what the cast of Narcos is up to now.

Here’s what Narcos’s cast is working for next on and away from Netflix.
Pedro Pascal – Javier Peña
Pedro Pascal had been acting for fifteen years before getting his breakout role as Oberyn Martell in HBO’s Game of Thrones. Soon after, he was cast as Javier Peña in Narcos.
Since Narcos ended, the demand for his services has increased tenfold as Pedro Pascal is one of the most in-demand actors in Hollywood.
He has starred in some huge roles in ginormous franchises, starring as Din Jarin in Disney’s The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, Joel Miller in HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us, Maxwell Lord in Wonder Woman 1984, and was recently cast in role of Reed Richards in the MCU’s reboot of the Fantastic Four.
Other popular films featuring the Chilean-born actor are The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Triple Frontier, and The Equalizer 2.
Wagner Moura – Pablo Escobar
Since the end of Narcos, Wagner Moura has had several roles. Arguably, his most popular role was as the voice of Wolf in Dreamworks’ animated feature Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
He has also returned to Netflix on three occasions. Moura starred as Sergio Viera de Mello in Sergio and Laszlo Sosa in The Gray Man and reprised his role as Pablo Escobar in two episodes of Narcos: Mexico.
Outside of Netflix, he starred in the Apple+ series Shining Girls and as Juan Pablo Roque in Wasp Network. He also lent his voice to Greenpeace for their short There’s a Monster in My Kitchen.
Moura will star in the upcoming television adaptation of Mr. & Mrs Smith on Amazon Prime.

Boyd Holbrook – Steve Murphy
While playing the role of a “good guy” in Steve Murphy, a lot of Boy Holbrook’s most memorable roles since Narcos came to an end have seen him portray villains such as Pierce in Logan, Indiana Jones, Klaber in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and The Corinthian in Netflix’s The Sandman.
Holbrook starred in The Predator and the FX series Justified: City Primeval.
Boyd Holbrook will star in multiple upcoming projects, including the television series Executioner and a project from The Office actor and producer B.J. Novak. As for films, he is due to star as Johnny Cash in A Complete Unknown.
Alberto Ammann – Pacho Herrera
Alberto Ammann was recently seen in Netflix’s Griselda, where he played the role of Alberto Bravo, the ex-husband of Griselda Blanco.
Ammann has starred in movies such as Upon Entry, Overdose, Presencias, and The Year of Fury. As for television shows, he has starred in miniseries The Longest Night, Mars, and Tales of the Lockdown; however, like his co-star Wagner Moura, he returned to the Narcos franchise to reprise his role as Pacho Herrera in Narcos: Mexico for nine episodes.
Alberto is due to star in the movies Remember It as Pablo and Everything Can Happen! as Andrea.
Paulina Gaitan – Tata Escobar
Since 2017, Paulina has starred in plenty of film and television shows. Including shorts, she is credited with 21 roles. Some of her most prominent roles have been in shows such as Asesino del Olvido, No fue Mi Culpa: Mexico, El Presidente, Diablo Guardián, and Lady of Steel.
Paulina didn’t join her cast members in reprising her role as Tata Escobar in Narcos: Mexico.
She will star in the upcoming film City of Dreams and has three further projects lined up

Brett Cullen – Arthur Cosby
Cullen’s most recognizable role since Narcos ended was as Thomas Wayne in Joker.
Starring in multiple films and television shows, he starred in True Detective, Truth Be Told, Big Dogs, The Blacklist, and Winning Time: The Rise of the Laker’s Dynasty.
As for films, Cullen starred in The Riot Act, Marriage: Impossible, Romantic Reunion, Reminiscence, American Carnage, and It Snows All the Time.

Adria Arjona – Helena
The actress has starred in some big-budget productions since her brief appearance in Narcos.
In films, Adria has starred in Netflix’s Triple Frontier, 6 Underground, Sweet Girl, and Hitman. She has also starred in the sci-fi sequel Pacific Rim: Uprising, Father of the Bride, and The Absence of Eden. She also starred in Sony’s Morbius.
In television, she starred as Dorothy in Emerald City, the Anathema Device in Amazon’s Good Omens, and Bix Caleen in the Disney+ series Andor
Adria has two films on the way soon, Los Frikis as Maria and a currently named role in Blink Twice.

Damián Alcázar – Gilberto Rodríguez Orejuela
The actor has starred in many different television and film projects, particularly Spanish-language productions. However, audiences will be more familiar with his work in shows such as HBO Max’s Before I Forget, Amazon’s Dudes, and his reprisal of Gilberto Rodríguez in Narcos Mexico.
As for films, Damián was recently seen in Blue Beetle as Alberto Reyes.

Francisco Denis – Miguel Rodriguez
Like many of his fellow co-stars, Francisco reprised his role as Miguel Rodriguez in one episode of Narcos. Since Narcos, he starred in several Amazon’s Jack Ryan series episodes as Miguel Ubarri. He has starred in two other Netflix shows, such as The Five Juanas and Diary of a Gigolo.

Raúl Méndez – César Gaviria
During, and shortly after his time on Narcos came to an end, Raúl starred in several episodes of Sense8 as Joaquin Flores. He has starred in multiple Spanish-language dramas such as Enemigo Íntimo, No fue mi culpa: México, Marea alta and Senda Prohibida.

Paulina García – Hermilda Gaviria
The actress has only made one return for Netflix: the 2019 film Blood Will Tell. Outside of Netflix, there have been multiple television appearances. The most notable are Amazon’s The Pack as Koch and Apple+ Now and Then as Marisa Vilas.
