This 10-part crime drama is set to be arriving on Netflix in February. But what do we currently know about it? You should find everything you need to be prepared for this new Netflix Original in the article below, including plot, cast, trailer and the exact release date.
The Plot
Not many specifics have been released about the plot as of yet. The show will be an anthological series, much like Black Mirror. Tensions are running extremely high in Jersey City after a young black teenager is run over and critically injured by a white cop. The department attempt to cover-up the incident, which just enrages the community and racial tension explodes. We suspect from the 15-second teaser trailer that they intend the plot to be mostly kept under wraps until the show’s release. The series will focus on the “human stories behind the headlines”.
The series is somewhat based on the 2013 Russian movie, “The Major” which was produced by Rock Films, and stared Yuri Bykov who also directed, edited, composed, and wrote the movie.
