If you’re a fan that has been wondering where episode 10 of Riverdale is, you’ll be waiting until the new year for the latest episode until after the show’s Christmas break is over.
Riverdale has become immensely popular in regions across the world thanks to its distribution on Netflix. Riverdale has been on airing weekly on Netflix since season one in regions such as the UK, Australia, Europe, and Asia. As Riverdale is on a traditional release schedule it is subject to breaks due to holidays and mid-season breaks. Other shows on Netflix that follow a similar format is the Good Place and Dynasty.
When will season 3, episode 9 of Riverdale be streaming on Netflix?
At the time of writing, you’ll be waiting just over a month before Riverdale returns to Netflix. Episode 9 is scheduled to air on The CW on January 17th. As Netflix receives the episodes 24 hours later, episode 9 will be available to stream on Netflix from January 18th.

What to expect from Season 3, Episode 9 of Riverdale
*SPOILERS*
So the town currently has a little issue called a quarantine after a series of seizures has been affecting the town’s residents. Hiram is holding the town to ransom as he wishes to make the town of Riverdale his Kingdom for his production of drugs and other illicit activities.
Jughead was turned away at the quarantine along with his father. Archie is heading to border due to the bounty on Archie’s head after escaping prison. As Archie is unaware of the quarantine in Riverdale, once he finds out he may feel like he has no choice but to return to the town. If Jughead is unable to find a way into the town then we could see him and Archie infiltrate the town together in the hope of taking down Hiram together.
There’s also the issue with finding out once and for all who really is the Gargoyle King.
Will we see Zombies in Riverdale season 3?
For fans of the Archie comic books out there, they will know of the Afterlife with Archie run that involved the town of Riverdale succumbing to a Zombie plague. As cool as this would be sadly we don’t think the seizures are leading up to the beginning of zombie fuelled story-line.
How many episodes are left of Riverdale season 3?
There are a total of 22 episodes to stream this season, so if you include episode 9 in that list then there are still 14 episodes to go.
When will season 3 of Riverdale arrive on Netflix US and Canada?
Riverdale will eventually arrive on Netflix US and Canada soon after the finale has finished. As the finale is expected to air in May we can expect season 3 to arrive in early June of 2019.
