Nobody Wants This is a Netflix Original romantic-comedy series created by Erin Foster and produced by 3 Arts Entertainment. The series stars Kristen Bell as Joanne, a relationship podcaster, and Adam Brody as Noah, a rabi. Soon after the pair meet and begin dating, they fall in love, but due to their unconventional pairing, they have to deal with their insecurities and those of their friends and families.
When is Nobody Wants This season 2 coming to Netflix?
The release date that Netflix is eyeing for Nobody Wants This Season 2 is October 23rd, 2025.
To back this potential release date, Jackie Tohn, who plays Esther Roklov in the series, in an interview with The Direct, has suggested the plan is for season 2 to arrive sometime in Fall 2025:
“I think the schedule for the show… I don’t know this, so I hope I’m not putting something out there that’s wrong. But last year, we shot at this exact time in 2024. We shot, like, February, March, April, May, and then we aired in the fall. I think that’s the plan again.”
The first season was filmed between January 22nd and April 19th, 2024. Meanwhile, the second season started on March 3rd, 2025, and is expected to end by May 10th, 2025. With only three weeks between the filming end dates of season 1 and season 2, an October 2025 release is very realistic.
As always, release dates are subject to change.
