Netflix US is adding yet another beloved licensed show! All four seasons of the hit BBC series Killing Eve are bound for Netflix in the United States on April 15th, 2024, joining a handful of other Netflix regions that already stream the show.
Based on the novel Villanelle by Luke Jennings, the spy thriller dark comedy series aired on BBC America in the United States has been streaming exclusively on AMC+ until now.
Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer headline the show, which follows a British spy hunting down a ruthless assassin working for a mysterious organization. The show also starred Fiona Shaw, Darren Boyd, Owen McDonnell, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, and David Haig.
Although a spin-off of the series has been floated, the show concluded with its fourth and final season in early 2022.
Netflix US confirmed the addition of the show in a Tweet on March 26th. All four seasons, consisting of 32 episodes, will drop on April 15th.

Killing Eve Already Streams on Netflix in Multiple Regions
It’s worth noting that this date, despite being Tweeted by the main Netflix account, is currently expected only to cover Netflix in the US. However, we don’t rule it out coming to Netflix in other territories either.
That said, a number of regions have been slowly picking up Killing Eve over the past few months and years.
Netflix UK has been streaming the show for the longest time, although it is notably behind. It added the first season in June 2022 and the second a year later in June 2023. Newer seasons are locked to the BBC iPlayer for a fixed period, but we expect another season to drop later in 2024. Disney+ also streams the early seasons in the United Kingdom.
Countries that received the show this year include Brazil, Germany, Turkey, Sweden, Iceland, Israel, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, and Belgium. All those countries received seasons 1 through 4.
Killing Eve isn’t the only show Netflix US is picking up from the BBC in April 2024 either. It’s scheduled to receive the first season of the critically acclaimed show Boiling Point, which is a continuation of the hit movie. It’s also due to get a couple of BBC documentaries in April in the form of Hans Zimmer: Hollywood Rebel (arriving April 15th) and Duran Duran: There’s Something You Should Know (arriving April 21st).
You can find the full Netflix US lineup for April 2024 here, which also includes other major licensed titles like Black Sails, Mob Pyscho 100, and HBO’s Sex and the City.
