As the final season of Fairy Tail continues to air its final season there are still plenty of fans trying around the world trying to catch up! But can you catch up on Netflix? Sadly no, but we can point you in the right direction.
Fairy Tail is a Japanese anime series based on the manga of the same name by author Hiro Mashima. The manga series ran for 11 years from 2006 to 2017, only taking 3 years before the story was adapted into the anime. In the 10 years, the anime has been airing on television over 300 episodes have been produced.
Lucy Heartfilia is an aspiring mage with Celestial Spirit Magic is on her way to join the famous “Fairy Tail” guild. On her journey, she has a fateful encounter with Natsu Dragneel, the Fire Dragon Slayer mage. After saving Lucy from being kidnapped, Natsu reveals that he’s a mage from Fairy Tail and takes Lucy to enlist. The guild is full of wonderous and colorful characters, each with their own magical power. Lucy, Natsu, and other powerful mages of the guild join forces to go on grand adventures and train to become the strongest mages in Fiore.
Is Fairy Tail available on Netflix US?
Only the first season of Fairy Tail is available to stream on Netflix. That’s still 48 episodes to binge but not nearly anywhere near the total episodes exceeding over 300 at the time of writing.
If you want to watch episodes of Fairy Tail (especially the most recent) then you’ll need to look elsewhere. In the US if you have a subscription to FUNimation then you can stream episodes of Fairy Tail online. FUNimation has the English dub for the entire series and the latest episodes receive English dubs in the weeks after airing the Japanese dub.
If you’re aren’t bothered with watching the English dub then you can go to town on the Japanese dub of Fairy Tail.
Is Fairy Tail available to stream in other regions?
Currently, only 8 more regions stream Fairy Tail outside of the US on Netflix.

It must be noted that Japan has received the latest episodes of Fairy Tail. The episodes available to Belgium and France are the first 6 seasons and not the latter.

Australian subscribers will need access to AnimeLab to watch the anime series.
