Iron Reign is one of several excellent new Spanish TV shows coming to Netflix in 2024. The limited crime drama series will be released on Netflix in March 2024, and here’s everything we know so far.
Iron Reign is an upcoming Spanish Netflix Original limited series created, directed, written, and produced by Lluís Quílez. The other four executive producers are Javier Pons, Bernat Elias, Laura Fernández Espeso, and Juan Miguel Hernández.
The MediaPro Studio is the production studio behind Iron Reign.
When is the Netflix release date for Iron Reign?
The date announcement trailer confirmed that Iron Reign is coming to Netflix on Friday 15th, March 2024.
What is the plot of Iron Reign?
A synopsis for Iron Reign has been sourced from IMDb:
“Barcelona’s sea port receives almost 6.000 containers per day. Goods from all over the world which, in just a year, can hide over 30.000 kilos of cocaine, making the port city one of Europe’s most important entrances in the profitable business of drug trafficking. Joaquin Manchado knows well, he is the owner of the main terminal in the port of Barcelona. If someone wants to import an illegal load through the port they need to count with his support as well as the collaboration of all the criminal network he has shaped around him. However, an unexpected accident and the disappearance of an important load of cocaine will unchain a ruthless war riddled with murders and revenges.”
Who are the cast members of Iron Reign?
Eduard Fernández has yet to star in a project for Netflix, making Iron Reign the actor’s official Netflix debut. He is known for starring in films such as El Nino, Everybody Knows, and Biutiful.

Chino Darín was recently seen as Julio Clemens in the Netflix crime drama The Kingdom. The actor is most well-known for his roles in Spanish-language movies such as El Angel, Mirage, and A Twelve-Year Night.
Jaime Lorente is arguably the most recognizable cast member, considering he starred as Denver in Netflix’s super-popular series Money Heist.

Natalia de Molina will also be making her official Netflix debut in Iron Reign. She previously starred in the movies Food and Shelter, Living Is Easy with Eyes Closed, and Adios.
Sergi López is most well known for his role as Vidal in Guillermo del Toro’s fantasy-drama Pan’s Labyrinth.
Enric Auquer has only starred in television series for Netflix as Christian in Álex Pina’s Sky Rojo.
