From Power creator Courtney Kemp comes Netflix’s next highly exciting crime drama, Nemesis, which is set to subvert expectations of the heist genre. With the cast confirmed, filming will begin at the end of March 2025. We’d expect to see Nemesis on Netflix sometime in 2026. Here’s everything we know about Courtney Kemp’s Nemesis on Netflix.

Nemesis is an upcoming Netflix Original crime drama created by Courtney Kemp and Tani Morale. Kemp is the showrunner and executive producer of the series; she is also the creator of the Starz network’s popular franchise Power. In August 2021, Kemp signed an output deal with Netflix.

“Tani and I are excited to bring a hard-hitting psychological crime drama to Netflix, specific in location, but broad in universal themes of right and wrong, love and loss, and loyalty vs self-preservation. We are grateful to Bela, Peter, Jinny, and Nne for their support, keeping this production in Los Angeles and getting local crews back to work.”
