Happy TUDUM 2025! In this article, we’ll be covering the entirety of all the exciting news coming out of Netflix’s highly anticipated live event. Throughout the night, we’ll be updating this article in real-time as Netflix unveils new information on its biggest movies and shows, including Stranger Things, Wednesday, One Piece, and more.
Starting in 2021, Netflix has hosted TUDUM, alongside other live events, which showcase the latest news, first looks, trailers, and release dates for some of the biggest Original Shows Netflix has to offer. TUDUM 2025 is scheduled for May 31st, with the live stream starting at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT.
Lady Gaga, who has been confirmed to star in the second season of Wednesday, will perform live on stage at the event. Netflix has also confirmed that stars from Emily in Paris, Frankenstein, Happy Gilmore 2, Love Is Blind, ONE PIECE, Outer Banks, The Rip, Squid Game, Stranger Things, America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, The Life List, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, Wednesday, WWE, and more, will feature throughout the event.

Where can I watch TUDUM 2025?
In previous years, Netflix TUDUM has always been available to stream live on YouTube. For the first time, Netflix is utilising its capability to stream live and will host the event exclusively on its platform. You can find the link for the live stream here.
However, to watch the event, you will need a subscription. All subscription tiers will have access to the live event, including those on the ad-tier.

Cast members of Squid Game, including Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, and T.O.P, came on stage to reveal the final trailer for the final season of Squid Game!
The final season of Squid Game arrives on Netflix on June 27, 2025.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery December 2025 Release Date Reveal
The ensemble cast of Wake Up Dead Man was featured at TUDUM, including the creator, writer, and director Rian Johnson. A long-awaited teaser trailer was unveiled at the event, which also revealed the release date, confirming that Wake Up Dead Man will be released on Netflix on December 12th, 2025!
First, look at Tony Tony Chopper for One Piece season 2 & 2026 Release Confirmed
Fans have been desperate to meet the next member of the Straw Hat Crew, Tony Tony Chopper. At TUDUM, we finally got our first look at the adorable reindeer doctor. The Suicide Squad and Love Hard actress Mikaela Hoover voices him.
However, after previously reporting that Season 2 would be coming to Netflix in 2025, it will now be released sometime in 2026.
The RIP first look & January 2026 Release
Ben Affleck and Matt Damon took to the TUDUM stage alongside some of the actors of The RIP to reveal an exclusive look at the film! Damon also revealed on stage that the film will be released exclusively on Netflix on January 16th, 2026.
Guillermo Del Toro’s Frankenstein first look & November 2025 release
Finally, after months and months of waiting, we have our first look trailer at Guillermo Del Toro’s adaptation of Mary Shelley’s beloved novel Frankenstein.
Oscar Isaac looks incredible as Dr. Frankenstein, and Jacob Elordi looks imposing and phenomenal as Frankenstein’s iconic monster.
The film is scheduled for release on Netflix in November 2025.

Stranger Things Final Season Release Schedule Revealed
Netflix subverted expectations by dropping the Stranger Things date announcement trailer before the end of TUDUM, as expected. The date announcement trailer gave us our first look at the final chapter of Netflix’s epic series, and the reveal that Stranger Things season 5 will be released in 3 parts:
- Volume 1 – Novmber 26 2025
- Volume 2 – Christmas Day 2025
- The Finale – New Year’s Eve
Wednesday Season 2 First 6 Minutes Revealed
Netflix unveiled the first six incredible minutes of Wednesday season 2, featuring the return of Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams. Haley Joel Osment was also shown in the reveal!
Part 1 of Season 2 will be released on August 6, 2025, and Part 2 will be released on September 3, 2025.
