Dont Trust That B In Apartment Leaving Netflix

We’ve just got confirmation of when FOX’s Don’t Trust The B- in Apartment 23 will be leaving Netflix and that’ll be on October 8th, 2017. We’ve got details about why it’s being removed, whether it’ll ever return and where you can stream the show going forward.

This leaving date only applies to Netflix users in the United States.

The FOX show which only ran for two seasons aired between 2012 and 2013. It starred Krysten Ritter who was relatively unknown at that point but has since starred in Breaking Bad and Netflix’s own Jessica Jones. Given how short the show is and how little episodes there are, you can more than easily fit in the two seasons before it expires next month.

Why is it leaving?

A few months ago, Netflix announced that it would not be renewing its contract with FOX which meant the eventual removal of all of its titles from Netflix. For the past few months and future months to come, more and more titles from the FOX library will be removed from Netflix.

If you’re thinking, wait, didn’t ABC this show? Then you’d be correct but the show’s distribution rights are owned by 20th Century FOX and simply leased out to ABC, not too dissimilar to how Netflix is streaming the title.

You can keep up to date with all the FOX titles leaving Netflix on our dedicated page plus if you’re just looking for titles expiring in October we have you covered too.

Where can you still stream Don’t Trust The B- in Apt 23 now?

Most of the FOX library will be joining Hulu over the next few months and Don’t Trust The B has been confirmed as one of the titles now joining the service. This shouldn’t be too surprising as FOX owns a portion of Hulu so is a natural home for its shows.

As for alternatives to watch on Netflix, New Girl will be staying on Netflix for the next few months. We’d also suggest checking out Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, LoveSick and of course, Ritter’s Netflix show, Jessica Jones and The Defenders.
