The British/Canadian kids Halloween series Creeped Out is coming back for its second season on Netflix in October 2019. Here’s what you need to know about the second season including its official Netflix release schedule around the world.
For those that missed Creeped Out when it first premiered last year on Netflix, let’s bring you up to speed. Gunning for a kids version of Black Mirror, the anthology TV series that tells multiple stories across the season usually with a fantasy/horror twist.
The series isn’t a full Netflix Original, however. Netflix only carries international distribution rights outside of the United Kingdom and Canada.
Season 1 first came to Netflix last year with all episodes from season 1 arriving on October 4th, 2018. The same is set to occur this year with season 2 of Creeped Out arriving on October 4th, 2019.
What is season 2 of Creeped Out about?
The good news is that we already know quite a bit about season 2 of Creeped Out given it aired on the CBBC channel in the UK earlier this year.
There was 10 episodes released that saw episodes on video games, never-ending corridors, battling headlice and school detentions. Once again, the stories are told by the so-called character called “The Curious” who collects the stories.
Here’s a rundown of the episode names:
- One More Minute
- Itchy
- Help
- The Many Place
- The Unfortunate Five
- No Filter
- Only Child
- The Takedown
- Tilly Bone
- Splinta Claws
Will Netflix Canada or Netflix UK get Creeped Out season 1?
There is a chance Netflix UK may get season 1 of Creeped Out by the end of the year. That’s depending on whether the BBC licenses it to Netflix or not. At the moment, the series hasn’t found its way but as with other BBC shows, it may just come to Netflix a year or so after its US and other regional counterparts.
The regions that are likely to get season 2 of Creeped Out are every region except the UK and Canada, at least for now.
