The next 10 episodes of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina are just around the corner as it’s been revealed that part 2 of season 1 will be coming on April 5th, 2019.
The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has become an instant hit among Netflixers. That’s thanks to a sterling performance from the shows lead Kiernan Shipka and some fantastic writing, the show has already become a big success. With the first batch of episodes making up the first 10 episodes, most expected more to arrive a year later. That’s absolutely not the case as there’s only a six-month wait between part 1 (released in October) and part 2.
In the newly released trailer (see below) we get some teases of what we can expect. Sabrina discovers her brand new look opting for an all-black attire contrasting with the mostly red she wore throughout the first part. It also reveals some new enemies, ongoing romances and an encounter with a werewolf.
Of course, Sabrina could also show up in Riverdale at some point given the two occupy a shared universe. If you’re waiting for new Riverdale, you should be watching season 3 around the same time on Netflix too.
Does this mean the Christmas episode isn’t happening?
Absolutely not! Chilling Adventures is still getting a special Christmas episode that’s due out on December 14th. Although we’re not expecting it to impact the overall story too much, it’s an absolute much watch for any fan of Sabrina.

Does this mean that season 2 will come in late 2019?
It looks likely that Netflix will be putting two lots of Sabrina episodes out every year. Season 2 has yet to be officially renewed but given the show’s success so far, it seems highly likely. Should they follow the format of The Ranch and other Netflix shows, that means 10 new episodes drop every 6 months.
That’d mean that season 2 part 1 or part 3 of the show would arrive just in time for Halloween 2019.
