The Canadian reality glassblowing series Blown Away has been quietly renewed for a fourth season, which has already completed filming and is due out on Netflix globally in March 2024.
Set to arrive on March 8th, 2024, the new season sees ten professional glassblowers face off to create weird and whacky things in the hopes of winning $100,000 up from $60,000 in prior seasons.
Previous winners on the show include Deborah Czeresko (season 1), Elliot Walker (season 2), Cat Burns (Christmas specials), and John Moran (season 3).
Hosting this season is Hunter March, who can also be found on Netflix’s Sugar Rush and Sugar High. Canadian glass artist and professor of art at California State University, San Bernardino, Katherine Gray, serves as the resident judge this season.
Netflix co-distributes the show alongside the Canadian pay-TV channel Makeful. Netflix first began streaming the show in 2019 with season 1, with seasons 2 and 3 added in January 2021 and July 2022, respectively.
Executive Producers on the series are Matt Hornburg and Mark Bishop, co-executive producer Donna Luke, and executive producer and series writer Carly Spencer. Mike Bickerton serves as director.
