Summer is almost here, and while many great movies are coming to the streaming service soon, we’ll also be saying goodbye to several favorites by the time May 2024 comes to an end.
Here, you can find our ongoing list of all the movies and series set to depart the streamer throughout June 2024. We’ve got you covered for all the remaining titles, leaving in May 2024 here.
As a quick note, we list titles for the actual day of removal. If you want to watch any movie leaving on June 1st, your last full day to watch will be May 31st.
The Great Gatsby (2013)

Winner of Two Academy Awards for Best Production Design and Best Costume Design, Baz Luhrmann’s unique style and direction have added even more extravagance to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel, making it arguably the best adaptation to date.
Happy Gilmore (1996)

Universal Pictures
Films such as Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore paved the way for Sandler’s production company, Happy Madison Productions. Sandler became a household name of comedy in the 1990s and, thirty years later, continues to make audiences laugh almost exclusively on Netflix.
Given that Netflix has just officially confirmed a sequel, it’s a perfect time to rewatch.
The Hunger Games Tetralogy

- The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part One (2014)
- The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part Two (2015)
The Hunger Games helped propel Jennifer Lawrence’s career to superstar status in the early to mid-2010s.
The Impossible (2012)

A young Tom Holland, aka the MCU’s Spider-Man, starred in J. A Boyana’s harrowing story of survival in the wake of an unprecedented disaster: the 2004 tsunami, which left an awful trail of destruction when it hit Thailand.
Insidious (2010)

With one of the “scariest” jump scares in horror film history, James Wan’s Insidious is undeniably one of the most iconic horror films of the 2010s. The success of Insidious led to future movies and paved the way for James Wan’s billion-dollar horror film franchise, The Conjuring Universe.
The Vow (2012)

Rachel McAdams has starred in several iconic romantic films in her career, and Channing Tatum has starred in a few himself. The pair were great in The Vow, showing off wonderfully fun chemistry.
You’ve Got Mail (1998)

The ’90s was a decade dominated by two-time Academy Award winner Tom Hanks and romantic comedy icon Meg Ryan. You’ve Got Mail saw the pair reunite five years after the incredible success of the rom-com Sleepless in Seattle. The film had a $65 million budget and made over $250 million worldwide.
Bullet Train (2022)

One of the most underrated movies of 2022, Bullet Train, was a delightful and entertaining spectacle. Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Brian Tyree Henry were the heart and soul of the movie. Brad Pitt is as Brad Pitt does, but he still gave us a great performance as the unluckiest assassin on the planet, Ladybug.
The movie came to Netflix in the first window thanks to the Sony Pictures deal and will now be heading to Hulu for the foreseeable future.
Ready Player One (2018)

When Ernest Cline’s novel Ready Player One was announced for a film adaptation, book readers were extremely excited. Making hundreds of millions at the box office worldwide, Steven Spielberg’s direction oversaw the motherlode of Easter eggs thanks to all beloved and iconic IPs featured in the movie.
