Some big fan favorites are set to leave Netflix in May 2025. So we’ve selected a list of 11 movies you need to watch before they leave Netflix!

As a quick note, we list titles for the actual day of removal. If you want to watch any movie leaving on, your last full day to watch will be April 30th.

Currently, all three Spider-Man Movies are scheduled to leave the library.

One of the greatest movies ever made, Schindler’s List will not fail to make you cry.

Brendan Fraser went on to win the Academy Award for Best Actor after receiving deserved praise from audiences and critics alike.

While DreamWorks is mainly known for titles such as Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, and Kung Fu Panda, a classic and underrated title from its archive is the fantastic adventure The Road to El Dorado. The film stars Kevin Kline and Kenneth Branagh as Tulio and Miguel, two Spanish swindlers who get swept up in adventure to the new world where a mysterious map leads them to the fabled city of El Dorado. The soundtrack to The Road El Dorado is also fantastic and rivals other such animated movies.

After Peter Jackson’s success with The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, the director’s next step was to tackle the remake of the iconic action-adventure film King Kong. While the film isn’t without its faults, it’s still a great movie that once again pushed the boundaries of CGI animation, particularly motion capture, which legendary mocap actor Andy Serkis excellently captured as King Kong.

The film follows an ambitious and greedy film producer who, along with a talented team of filmmakers, sets sail for Skull Island. Unknown to them, the island is full of giant animals and insects and home to a cannibal cult that worships the giant ape, King Kong.

Both were well-deserved for their incredible performances. McConaughey plays the role of Ron Woodrof, a Texan hustler in 1985 Dallas who works around the system to help AIDS patients with medication after he is diagnosed with the disease. Meanwhile, Jared Leto played the role of Raymond Rayon, a trans woman with AIDS who assists Ron.

Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner is one of the finest sci-fi films ever. However, over the years, it has been re-released with various cuts. But film fans had to wait 25 years before the release of the ‘The Final Cut’ with Scott’s vision of the film fully realized as it was the only cut where the director had complete artistic and editorial control. Blade Runner takes place in the early 21st century, in a dystopian Los Angeles where cop Rick Deckard reluctantly agrees to help hunt a group of fugitive replicants, synthetic humans who have escaped the space colonies and returned to Earth.
