Netflix will be bringing you all of the biggest CW shows from 2017 and 2018 as part of an exclusive arrangement. Series arrive just a week after the series finishes!
The CW is heading into one its strongest lineups in many years with its DC series firing on all cylinders, as well as plenty of teen dramas, comedies and action series all arriving in the next few months.
Here’s all The CW shows that are coming to Netflix including their estimated release date.
Valor (Season 1)
The CW Air Date: October 9th, 2017
Number of Episodes: 6
Netflix Release Date: December 2017
The CW is moving into military drama with the debut of Valor, expected on October 9th. The series comes from Kyle Jarrow and was first thought to be airing on CBS but The CW is where it’ll air for the first season. It stars Matt Barr, Christina Ochoa, and Charlie Barnett. It’ll follow a group of elite helicopter pilots as they deal with a failed mission.
Although yet to be confirmed to be coming to Netflix, it’s part of The CW drama lineup of which all titles do come to Netflix.
Dynasty (Season 1)

Netflix Release Date: May 19th, 2018
Looking to replace the hole left by Gossip Girl, The CW is rebooting Dynasty for the 21st century. The new series will follow the feud of two of America’s most wealthy families. It’ll be glitzy, glamorous, and for some absolutely infuriating. The new series will star Alan Dale, Elizabeth Gillies, and Nathalie Kelley.
Those in the United Kingdom are getting new episodes of Dynasty weekly.
Riverdale (Season 2)

Netflix Release Date: May 24th, 2018
Riverdale is the TV adaptation of the classic Archie comic book. It blew audiences away with its first season so it was inevitable that a second would be here a year later. The series will continue with its recognizable characters. It is actually one of the best teen dramas available right now. The best news of all is that the episode count has been upped from 13 to 22 for season 2!
Those in the United Kingdom will be getting weekly episodes of Riverdale season 2 on Netflix.
Supernatural (Season 13)
The CW Air Date: October 12th, 2017

Netflix Release Date: May 25th, 2018
With the exception of some of The CW’s reality shows, Supernatural is the longest running CW show currently airing. Its thirteenth will take the series beyond the 264 episodes currently in its arsenal and will see the boys continue to fight demons, ghosts, and monsters. Because of how long each season is, you can expect quite a long wait until the next season is streaming on Netflix.
Arrow (Season 6)

Netflix Release Date: May 25th
Of the current roster of DC shows on The CW, Arrow has been the longest running and is arguably still one of the better shows in the lineup. Focusing on the life of a billionaire playboy that spends his evenings hunting down criminals using his trusted bow and arrow. In recent years there’s been plenty of cross-overs with other DC characters and it’s expected this will continue for season 6 too.
The Flash (Season 4)

Netflix Release Date: May 30th, 2018
Barry Allen will be returning for his fourth season in 2017. The Flash continues to be a successful show with many of its side characters now forming Legends of Tomorrow. It’s also well-known for cross-overs with Supergirl and Arrow, which looks to continue for his next outing across 23 episodes.

Jane the Virgin (Season 4)

Netflix Release Date: April 30th, 2018
This award-winning comedy from The CW has been breaking some serious ground for shows of this type. Starring Gina Rodriguez, one girl has to now raise a child after being artificially inseminated. Of course, the show technically should just be called Jane after the past season’s events but we’ll let it slide.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (Season 3)

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is returning for its third season and with it comes hilarious comedy and more music from the show’s main star, Rachel Bloom. She plays, as the show’s title suggests, a crazy ex-girlfriend who goes to any length to get back together with her previous partner.
Supergirl (Season 3)

Netflix Release Date: June 2018
One of the last surviving Kryptonians, Kara escapes certain doom and arrives on planet earth. A cousin of Superman, she hides her powers for years until one day super-secret agency head Hank Henshaw enlists her to help protect the city’s citizens from threats.
iZombie (Season 4)
The CW Air Date: February 26th

Netflix Release Date: Mid-June 2018
The zombie show unlike no other is returning for its fourth season and is coming back slightly revamped from previous seasons. Although the cast is the same, it’s dropped the episode by episode format of past. It’s premiering mid-season once again for The CW so that’s why its release date is later than others on this list. The 100 (Season 5)

Netflix Release Date: July 2018
This post-apocalyptic drama follows a group of survivors’ return to Earth. They have only ever experienced life in space, so this world is full of new, unknown shenanigans. They must determine if the Earth is at last inhabitable. The fate of the world is in their hands.
